How do I reset my Jortty password?
Click "Log In" and then "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no waiting on hold. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I use Scamify to check an email?
Simply forward the suspicious email from your registered email address to scam@jortty.com. You'll receive a clear verdict within seconds — Scam, Potential Scam, or Safe — with a plain-English explanation.
Can I add a family member to my plan?
Yes! Premium plans include 1 additional family member, and Elite plans include up to 4. Go to Settings → Family to invite them by email. They'll get their own Jortty account with full access.
When are the live workshops held?
We host live workshops every week, typically on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. You can see the full schedule inside your Jortty account under "Workshops." New topics are added every week based on member requests.
I think I've been scammed. What should I do?
