Short Version

Jortty is built to be clear, calm, and easy to use, especially for older adults. We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our website and products. If something does not work for you, email hello@jortty.com and we will help.

How We Test Accessibility

We use a mix of automated and manual testing, including browser audits and accessibility testing tools. We also review keyboard-only flows and check screen-reader behavior on key user paths.

Known Limitations and Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. Some third-party content and external websites that Jortty scans are outside our control and may not be fully accessible. We continue improving our own interfaces with each release.

How to Report an Accessibility Issue

Accessibility Support

Email hello@jortty.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 2 business days and prioritize issues that block account access or critical actions.

Third-Party Content

Some pages, tools, and media displayed through third-party services are not controlled by Jortty. We cannot guarantee accessibility for third-party systems, but we encourage those providers to follow accessibility best practices.

Statement Updates

We may revise this statement as our products change and standards evolve. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest published revision.
